Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy 1. Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book appointments at least 48 hours in advance. 2. Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied to the total cost of the service. 3. Booking Confirmation: Clients will receive a confirmation email or text within 24 hours of booking. If you do not receive this confirmation, please contact us to confirm your appointment. Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Notice: Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the deposit or a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. 2. No-Show Fee: If a client fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will be charged the full service price. 3. Late Arrivals: If a client is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled, and a late cancellation fee may apply. Waitlist Policy 1. Waitlist Availability: If an appointment time is fully booked, clients may opt to be added to the waitlist. We will contact you if an opening becomes available. 2. Waitlist Notification: Clients on the waitlist will be contacted as soon as a spot opens, with 24 hours' notice required to confirm availability. 3. No Guarantee: Being placed on the waitlist does not guarantee an appointment, and clients will be contacted in the order they were added.
